Kelly (17) is currently studying for her A-Levels at The Henley College, including Drama & Theatre Studies. Here she has exceled in her work and training, developing a strong relationship with the director and acting teacher, Nic Saunders (MA Directing, RADA).
Her most recent achievements include playing ‘Masha’ in Chekhov’s ‘The Seagull’, with her performance receiving a wonderful review in The Henley Standard. Kelly enjoyed playing a character with such depth and emotional turmoil, however her strong versatility is highlighted by her contrasting roles of ‘Blousy Brown’ in Bugsy Malone and ‘Daisy’ in ‘Daisy Pulls It Off’, where Kelly showed off her talent for both comedy and musical skills. Kelly’s other recent work includes ‘The Last Five Years’ with West End musical director Andrew Smith, and fellow actors Cassie Compton and Joe Evans.
Kelly started training from the age of 6 with Forbes Theatre Arts stage school, and has recently earned a place with the National Youth Film Academy, where she looks forward to developing her passion and understanding of the TV and Film industry.
In her free time, Kelly develops her passion for music and literature. Having taught herself to play the guitar, she is often song writing for her own personal enjoyment. With Kelly’s sights set on Drama School or Cambridge University, her reading list is endless, and ranges from Shakespeare to E.M. Forster to Kate Mosse.
Kelly is enthusiastic, reliable and hard-working. She looks forward to branching out to exciting new projects, with new people, and new acting experiences.
